Cop wrote me a ticket to appear on 12/17/12 but wrote ticket for 12/17/13 went to court on the day I assumed officer meant the court has no record of the ticket, what are my options?

So you went to court on 12/17/2012? If so, that would have been the time to ask a Clerk or Bailiff what the policy is.

I'm thinking that it's probably been dismissed since the date is wrong... BUT you need to double check with the court to be sure.

This is a common reason why cases are dismissed.

Yes court told me if officer noticed may send correction in mail if he notice if not keep checken to mk sure no warrant what kind of answer is that so..

How could you have gone to court on 12/17/12? That's quite a few months away...
