I have been having a lot of clear discharge today a lot more then I'd normally have and last night it was egg white and thick this is my second pregnancy and am 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced also have pelvic pressure mostly in back not painful but uncomfortable

Just keep an eye on how things go. Discharge towards the end can be very normal and some women will walk slightly dilated the last several weeks.

If you start to feel as though you are having more fluid discharge, as in leaking, or start having some contractions, or regular back pains, that do not let up, give your midwife or doctor a call.
