    That motor can be replaced by any generic motor with the same shaft size, RPMs, HP, rotation, and voltage. Any HVAC supply house should have it. Try to get one with ball bearings, but if one is not available make sure to oil the motor before you install it with high-speed turbine oil available for $2.00 at the HVAC store; it has a plastic spout that extends to get into the oiler holes on motors. You should oil all of your motors each year to keep them running.
