Hi there, am a grade 11 student but cannot focus on my studies

Remove ALL distractions, so no computer, TV, phone, or music.
Work to a goal, so finish a chapter and reward yourself with something small.

Once everything is completed then, and only then, you can watch TV or use the computer.
