I have been experiencing a throbbing pain in my right shoulder and arm for a couple of days now, and have also been getting dizzy and nauseous a couple of times over the past few days. At first I thought it was because my car trunk fell on my arm last week, but now I'm thinking it could be something more serious.

Do you exercise regularly? Some people have these kind of pains but usually it happens to those who don't exercise on a regular basis. If you're fit, maybe you should visit a clinic and have a doctor check on that. If you know a doctor, ask them about your condition so that you won't be charged. Maybe you got food poisoning ( since you vomit), and the pain could be coming from that time you hit yourself.
