I drank heavily Friday night and took an ETG 500ng/ml test roughly 60 hours after my last drink. I drank large quantities of water over the weekend and have a high metabolism. I am a 21 yr. old male 6-2 180lb. What are the chances I pass this test?

Clarify what you mean by drinking "heavily" and across what period of time-when you started and when you stopped. What were you drinking?
Very few people pass at that time span following that volume of alcohol. You probably still had alcohol in your system 11-12 hours following last drink.
If you do pass it is a result of the water.
Wish I had better news.
Please report back when you get results.
Time is the key factor. Very seldom does one fail this test at or after 80 hours even following heavy drinking.
After heavy drinking some test subjects have passed in the 30-40 hour range while some have required 90 hours. The low and high are exceptional.
The test is unreliable and unpredictable. The more alcohol consumed the more difficult to predict.
Here is a link to a lady that drank an equivalent amount and still passed in an even shorter period and lower cutoff:
55 hours from last drink, 15 drinks (3 bottles of wine), F-44-150 pounds, alcoholic LINK
As in your case, I predicted she would not based on all existing research.
I am very anxious to hear your results because if you pass I can think of no other reason than the water consumed.
Seems to be another marketing method for selling the EtG test. It is an EtG test by immunoassay (IA) only, thereby shortcutting the confirmation test usually performed by a more precise and far more sensitive instrument. This substantially reduces cost and lowers even further the reliability of the test (if that is even possible). Sure sounds impressive but it's a new name for a short-cut that has been used for several years.
Immuno-EtG.
While this process may be widespread throughout the commercial testing field, the only lab advertising as Immuno-EtG seems to be the link provided above.
