Hi.im only 14 and I have been having heart and breathing pains for a while now. Its like when I run or sleep or breathe deeply my heart hurts really bad. My mom just thinks I'm paranoid. But I know that I'm not. I wake up at night and my heart hearts and I feel like I'm going to black out. Please can anybody tell me what this could be

Maybe try weening yourself away from them. It could be part of the problem. Still see a doctor for a checkup.
