I have received 3 parking tickets for parking in a Handicap space for 3 different dates in the mail. I never received a ticket on my car for any of these tickets and furthermore I always park in the parking lot of my place of work in legal spots. I have no idea why I have received these tickets and I am not clear on how to remedy this situation. The address is in Irvine California and I live in Oakland. Has this happened to anyone? Help!! Each one of these tickets is about $350.00- YIKES!

Are you claiming that the tickets are from a violation in Oakland or was it in Irvine?

If the violation was out of your jurisdiction then call them and explain. It seems they somehow entered an incorrect plate number or VIN.

Contest the tickets, ask for a hearing if needed. You need to address this, if you do not, it is possible to have your drivers license suspended
