I'm guardian of my husband,there where some pictures taken of his gential area without my knowledge and taken to an informal court meeting about his care,and shown to attorneys.judge and me,where his rights violated.

Who took the pictures and was this "evidence" being provided to show neglect or abuse?

Were these pictures released, by a health care provider, to a third person without your consent? Were they subpoenaed?

Was this about neglect of his health care ? Was anyone other than medical professionals and social services ( or courts) given the info. Health care professionals have a duty to report signs of neglect and/or abuse would this one of the issues here ?
