I inherited 50% of a cabin, my cousins hold the other 50%. I asked them to buy me out a year ago, sent a copy of the quit claim to them and still no money. They keep stalling the payment and closing. What can I do to finalize this?

Did they agree to buy you out or what? You could always sue to force a partition action in court.

Sue them for partition.
