How much time would someone need to serve for a probation violation?
What would happen if this certain person has a pretty bad record of fighting including 5th degree assault, 2nd degree assault with a deadly weapon and a couple probation violations and a couple more 5th degree assaults, he had 1 year left of probation and just got caught skipping school with people he was ORDERED not to hang out with and found them smoking weed.. he was charged with probation violation for skipping school and smoking marijuana... how much time do you think this person would serve? :((
