I have no lease and my roommate says I'm not allowed there and is locking me out, what are my rights? I live in Kentucky.

You have to be evicted according to Kentucky Law. I believe Kentucky varies somewhat by County - this was asked very recently.

It is ILLEGAL for your roommate to lock you out and if it happens the Police will let you back in AND you can sue for damages.
