I went to get my son earliear than most days from his day care only to find him straped in a chair while the other kids were playing I asked the reason why and was told he had been knocking toys over well when I got there all the kids were kocking toys over not to mention he is the only white kid in his class I eant to sue do I have a case or what no bs do I or don't I

But I'm curious: why did you dig up an old thread that has absolutely nothing to do with your question and add onto it? In the future, please start a new thread for a new issue.

I've moved your question to its own thread. AK's question is valid since the answer may help us improve this site. The site is organized into forums and threads we want to make it clearer how to use it.

I don't think you have grounds for a lawsuit unless, the straps caused some serious physical injury. But I would agree to move to a different day care and maybe report them to the authority that licenses day cares.

Actually you may want to check into this, I do not believe that restraints ( strapped) into a chair is allowed unless the child has some disabilities that would cause them to harm theirself
Also normally having to strap a child will also depend on how they were restrained.

I would report this to the day care licensing department.
