There is small mound or lump on my scrotum that has a blackish discoloration under the skin surrounding it. There is no pain nor discomfort. There is another one beginning to manifest a ring as well half an inch or so below as well. Do I need to go to ER? It is 3 AM... Urgent care in the morning?
