I was wondering in order to fundraise for me my disabled son, my partner and baby to travel to america for my disabled son to seen by specialist doctors would I need to be registered as a charity first and do I need ti open a bank account specifically for this? Is there any guidelines I must follow to fundraise for this purpose?

Where are you located at, since the charity rules are different in all nations. Where do you want to do the fund raising.

I am from Northwest England and want to do all of the fundraising in my hometown and possibly surrounding areas. I live in a small town called Widnes, in Cheshire.

Thank you, it may take a day or so, but I am sure that someone familiar with the laws there will be by, I could tell you rules in the US, but not up on yours.
