Take her to the vet... NOW!

Not having money is no excuse. You took the responsibility, you need to follow through. There is nothing you can do for this puppy yourself to cure it.

Agree, she needs to go to the vet, Is there someone in your family or a friend you could borrow from?
It could something simple, but I doubt it, it sounds as if she MAY have Parvo, if so she will get no better without medical care.
Take her in and ask about options when you get there.

    What does that mean?

So you took the responsibility of getting a puppy that you couldn't care for and now it may suffer and die... that's a sacrifice?

    Nice

Call your vet or local after hours clinic and tell them your situation, ASK them what options they suggest for the fact that you have no money. If they say they will allow you to turn the pup over to them, go for it. It's much better than letting him suffer.
They may even offer to humanely euthanize her for you at a low cost, I don't know, but neither will you if you do not ask.

It means that even if it seems cruel it isn't

I'm sorry I do not understand your statement, Are you referring to euthanasia seeming cruel?

Yes animals have feeling just like people.

Yes they do, but if one is suffering we as humans have a choice to end that for them.
I'm not saying that that is your only option here, I'm just saying that you may be put in the position that it is the best option.
Call around the vets may know of some agencies that can help you, Humane Societies, shelters, etc or some Good Samaritan at the clicic themselves. I have taken on the expense and care of more then a few pets when people had no choice because of finances.
    Make the call.

Your dog suffering and perhaps dying is not a sacrifice, it is animal abuse.
You have no business having a pet if you can not afford to properly care for it,
    You are very irresponsible.

Nothing wrong with that, it is your choice.
But I would start making the call soon, your pup is very sick, like I said ask about options.

That's good news, I'm glad you found a way to get her treated. Treating for parvo isn't cheap, But that really was her only chance, right?

Yes she is part of the family and sometimes you make sacrafices for family but it is worth it at the end.
