I had shoulder replacement a week ago. Now I am bruising in different places on my chest is this normal I also have a lot of health issues. Just wondering if this is normal after a surgery

Usually on your discharge papers after an operation, there is a number to call if you have any questions or concerns... they go over the list with you, tell you what to expect, what to do and what not to do, then have you sign the papers... there is a number on these papers. Call it and talk to them about this or, if you don't have that number, call your doctor and ask. We can't really diagnose this for you online.
