Ok so 2wks ago I was told I was pregnant. Blood and urine test gave positive results at doctors office. By my LMP they said I was 7 weeks. 3-4days after finding out I started bleeding. Called the after hrs num my doctors gave me for emergency on call doctors thry said for me to go to my doctors the nxt day. Wnt to my doctors the did an ultrasound and couldn't find ANYTHING so thry checked my hcg level and came nack the nxt day for the results, and dhe sef I miscarried. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I went to the ER Anf they said my tst was negative. Did an ultrasound and found notking. All tst were negative blood and urine. But I still feel pregnant. I neef sn oinion. Anyone's. Been trying to get pregnant for a ling time. Is it possible it was a false positive and I'm still pregnant or am pregnant now? I'm having all the symptoms

You can sometimes be pregnant, but then suffer a very early loss. It would be unusual for you to be that far along and have nothing seen on an ultrasound. Perhaps you were not as far along as was thought. Early on it can be difficult to detect a pregnancy.

Have you been using any fertility meds to conceive? There are some types that can result in a false positive. Are your periods usually very regular? When you had the positive results, had you already missed a period?

I haven't been using an fertility meda. And yea they usually are regular. And no I hadn't missed it yet
