A permanent dark color was put in my hair to cover grey and also highlighting... but, its too dark, what can I do to lighten it up

Time Time Time is on you side.. . The color will fade throuht time. But for a quick fix use a clarifying shampoo from a drug store. These types of shampoo are harsh and will help strip some of the color out of your hair.
