York Gas Pack: Unit stopped running; I have checked power and it's OK at the line side but no 24v anywhere. I've changed the contacter, the transformer and the board and still no 24v. Both capassitors were changed also.

Look for a inline fuse within the unit itself on the 24 volt side.
