Whenever I'm with my group of friends and I leave the circle for a second of go to the toilet I can't help but think my best friends are talking about me. I've walked into their conversations before and thought they were talking about me and have confronted them, but they always say no. I have over herd them saying things before, or at least I think I have. But in the past I have actuat herd previous so called friends *****ing about me and they admitted it and prehaps this is why I'm so paranoid about my current friends. I just want this feeling to stop as its horrible, it makes me feel on edge and nevrous and as if I can't trust mt friends when really I no I can. Please help?

Do you ever talk about others when they are not there ?

Ok, so they talk about you, people talk about others all the time, you just have to deal with it, or do you do really bad things to be talked about ? So they talk about your shoes or your job, you have to get over it.
