    HIPAA regulations violated?
I am required by law to have physicals due to a license I hold for my job. Does my employer have any right to the records or results of these physicals beyond the doctors statement of pass or fail?

Who is paying for the doctors, are they company doctors are your personal doctor.

They may require what ever records they want, it is not a violation unless they give the info without your permission.

The company may have their rules of employment that require specific details. There is no violation unless info given without permission.

*** Note, if they hired and pay for the doctor, they are the client and the doctor is working for them,
