I have several doulble glazed windows in a mobile home that I use as a seasonal cottage that the gas in between the panes has escaped and now the glass is distorted and dirty.The mobile home is approx. 12 years old and located in Minnesota.

The glass can usually be replaced without changing out the entire window frame. Have a glass company come out. They can measure and order the appropriate replacement panes.
