My fiancé attacked me, I'm 3.5 months pregnant, and received 18 2709 A1 S and 18 2701 A1along with other drug charges. How much if any jail time will he do? I live in PA

I hve no way of knowing what the "other drug charges" are - and it matters when it comes to sentencing.

35 780-113 A32 M and 2 counts of 35 780-113 A16 M he also has a history of drug charges and disorderly conduct

Please any guess would be great I need to know how much time I have

Over crowding in today's jails, will you actually show up to testify against him, ( sorry but about 80 percent of ex's don't)

Best guess from local courts here, about 3 to 5 years, possible release after serving one and doing programs while in prison.

But even probation is possible if he does a plea deal before, you can never be sure.

What sentence were you hoping for?

One that keeps him far away from me and the baby! I was really opin to be able to move

Fr_Chuck opined ~ 3-5 years with release after one, or even probation. Did you figure he would be put away until the baby is grown?

And if you were hoping to be able to move, what do you imagine is stopping you?

I wasn't hoping for one that long, just long enough for me to get back on my feet with out him. My lease has 10 months left on it and they will kill my credit. Plus I'm on sec 8

You don't have to move away in order to keep him out of your life. When he gets out, see about getting a restraining order. And don't let him back into your home. If he tries to, call the police.
