I have a question about visitation and custody my daughter's husband has 2 children 1 girl and 1 boy the girl is 12 the boy is 14 the mother signs the daughter up for sports when she is supposed to be in another town with her father she has games to go to and he doesn't get her for the whole weekend just to days.It is an hour drive to get her and they have been going to court for modification but haven't been in front of the judge yet the physical custody parent said she is 12 now and if she doesn't want to come this weekend she doesn't have to.Need to know if being 12 is right and she doesn't have to go.
