I want to no how I can get out of living with my mom. She lied I court making me sound like a troubled kid and that my dad couldn't take care of me and all she does is scream and call me a bastard, I have all these rules that got put on me almost like probation just because of the stuff she said in court I tried being in the court room to hear what she was saying and they wouldent let me hear the case to defend myself I want to no if I can get out of living with her somehow maybe doing something to get her to loose custody I'm 17 and this can't go on for another year

You would need to get your father to go to court for a change in custody. But I would just hold out until you turn 18.
