Can main street sue for credit card debt no longer on any of my credit reports. No listing of any accts they listed on suit.

Being on or not being on your credit report has nothing to do about owing the debt and them being able to sue you.

Have they actually filed a law suit or are they just threatening to do so.

How old is the debt and when was the last payment made.

When they sue ( if they sue) the debt may be too old ( out of SOL)
If this is just a junk debt collector trying to threaten you, watch them if they try to get a judgement without legal notification
