I feel I'm not in control of my life so I done something I should not of and I can't tell my mom or anyone only my friend she has said tell someone but I'm scared to do I tell someone or not?

Tell someone you trust - an adult, not your best friend. Perhaps a relative, someone in authority at school, your clergyperson and/or Physician.
