Sometimes this guy is talking to me and glancing over and the next minute he's ignoring me??
We talk sometimes , he always tries to grab my attention and when we talk he listens to what I say he used to glance over.I donno about this guy , how you tell if a guy likes you by the way I am 16 and he's 16 too.

Speak to him, you'll be able to get better hints when engaged in a proper conversation. You can then become friends and take it from there.
