    2nd time probation violent
My boyfriend has been in jail for 33 days now. First, he was arrested for theft of property 3rd degree (this charge is been old like last year and don't know why it took a long) and LT police officer told me that I can bond him out, but I found out that I can't bond him because of dirty on drug test by marijana that day his probation officer come to jail as same day then being a violent now. He had to be served 90 days on his first time, but now I'm not sure how long he will have to be serve. However, he said someone did served 5 or 6 months in jail and then to parole now this won't be long to get entire. The judge decide to either re-instate or revoke him, if revoke then he will have to stay in jail more few month. His probation officer told me that it is not good look and the judge may send him to go rehab or end up in jail for 5 years sentence. However, I know someone did do same as him for 5 years sentence, she only stayed in jail for 5 or 6 months to get out then on parole for short time.

    P.s. Alabama laws

Don't matter what someone who your friends sisters counsin knows got... its what the judge decides based on the facts of this case on the day he hears it. The fact your boyfriend violated his probation makes it worse for him and the judge IS going to know and consider this. And it can be all the way up to the maximum in jail, without probation or Parole.

Each case is different, and each person is different, he needs the best attorney he can get.
He is is being violent in lock up, most likely it goes worst on him.
