I had unprotected sex on the 22 and 23 of jan. of 07 both days he came in me. I then had a period on jan 26 of 07. It lasted until the 30th. On feb 2 I went to the bth room and on my white panties I had noticed this brownish pinkish discharge and when I wiped it was also on the toilet paper. It didn't last long, not even an hr. then it happened again the next day. Still it didn't last long, but ever since the last "spotting " I have been cramping! By the 5th my breast started growing and becoming tender. They've been tender ever since, I have been cramping ever since. My nipples are sore, I have funky mood swings, I'm cramping, I had chinese food like 4 or 5 days in a row. (but I stopped that) I haven't had any discharge evr since. But a couple days ago I was doing oral sex on my man, and I became very nauses. It was terrible. My period is sue today but still nothing has shown up yet. I pray I'am pregnant but who knows, that's why I need some help. Please remember I have been cramping for the past month. Ever since my last cycle ended. It's been one crazy month!! Help!! p.s. I tool a pregnant. Test last week on Monday it was negative. And then like 2 weeks ago, and it was negative. I haven't taken one yet today because I don't want to waist any money on it anymore, if all it's going to say is negative! :)

The earliest that you can get an "accurate" result from an hpt is 5 days before your expected period. However, it is wiser to just wait until you miss your period, because taking them before, you are more likely to get false negative readings. Since today is the day your period is suppose to show you could take a test today, however if you are wanting to save on money, you could wait, and if it doesn't come within the next week, I would definitely take another test. (whether it be an hpt, or a blood test. I would suggest a blood test as it is far more accurate and not too much more expensive.) You might also want to consult your doctor if this continues for long, as you have been having these pains. (just to make sure things are ok) good luck.

I would wait until 1 week after you miss your period, then test using the first urine you pass when you wake up in the morning. Although some tests offer a result before this time, you will still get a false negative result if your hormones are slow to build up, this happened to my daughter, she was actually 4 months pregnant before she got a positive result. Just like everyone else said, I'd wait and take another test a week later. But even still, I was 3 months pregnant before I even knew it because I had (what I thought) 3 periods in that time. I only found out because I was having really bad cramps and had gone to the doctor, they thought it was ovarian cysts, but ran some tests and WHAM... "you're pregnant"
