You don't need to be doing it every day. Try cutting down to a couple times a week.

When you feel the urge to masterbate after you have already masterbated for that day, find something else to keep busy. Take up a sport. A hobby, something to take your mind off it.

So that means I can ejaculate twice or thrice in a week? It gives any problem?

It's not going to physically hurt you... other than the obvious chafing problem you must be experiencing. It will not cause infertility as your body is constantly producing more sperm everyday. However, with that being said... this is a bit excessive, do try distracting yourself with other activities, this will help you gain some self control that will help you in the long run.

You can do it, over too many years the only issue that can come, you get so used to the pressure of your hand that some men have trouble with sex with women, since the feel and pressure is not the same.

But short of that issue it will not hurt you.

From what I have herd and read it won't do you any damage or problem, your body makes sperm, evrey day more than is needed it won't do nothing if your concerned maybe take up a sport or distract yourself or see a local docter if it worries you that much,

Your testicles make semen. So your semen is renewed. Wethere your sprem count can be lowered is a matter of other factors.
