I had a miscarriage January 3, 2012 at 5 weeks. We started trying again after my last period which was march 26. On 4/16 I had 2 positive test. One was a ept the other a clear blue digital. The next morning I went in for the blood hcg test which came back with a value of just 25. He is redoing the text next Wednesday. Is this too low? I'm a bit concerned about miscarrying again.

No, it is not too low given that you would be in very early pregnancy. Most women would not even know that they are pregnant that soon. Your concern is understandable however.
