I think the picture tube has gone out. I need the original cost and replacement cost for the damage claim form!

You should have kept the receipts to show the original purchase price of this unit.
Can it be proven that it was due to the moving company as the set is 15 years old, which is pretty good for a modern set..

You can't give older fat TVs away where I live, even to Habitat or charity sales. We have to pay the dump $5. NOBODY wants them.
