    Our house is in foreclosure
If our house is in foreclosure, do we still have to pay the utilities on the house? Also, how long does a foreclosure take in the state of Colorado once it has been initiated?

    Thanks

Obviously... if you want things like electric... water and heat. YOU have to pay the bills, YOU incurred them.

If you don't, the bank could, if it wanted, probably hold you responsible for any damages which might occur because of no utilities. Is there still danger of freeze-up this time of year in Colorado?

I am involved in foreclosure cases every day in Florida. But I don't know if it works the same in Colorado. Here, foreclosures sometimes take several years. It would depend.

Is it a judicial foreclosure or a non-judicial foreclosure?
