I watched a movie a few years ago its in the anime genre. I can only remember a few details about it. It has a character like vega in it with the mask and claws but its not street fighter. It also has a sephiroth looking character in it he can snap his fingers and create incredible explosions. In the last screen he destroys an opponent
by doing this he then floats though the sky and it has a huge moon in the back ground. In this film the characters seem to become more powerful when angered but this film is not X the movie but it has a lot similarity's.Another detail is there a fight screen with a teddy bear that mutates into a monster. This is not akira. I know this move is rated R or MA as well. Thank you for the help.
