How can I get out of a signed lease
I signed a 1 year lease for a home, but now I am able to stay in my current rental. They are telling me I have to pay the whole year or I cannot get out of lease.

They are telling you the truth. You signed a binding contract.

Try to negotiate - that's the best you can do.

Depending on where you live, you will owe the monthly rent till they rent it to someone else.
In most US states they have to try and rent it. IN some US states they are not required to try and rent it.

You can try by offering them a payment of 2 or 3 months rent to get out of the lease.

And, of course, if they do so agree, put something in writing.
