    How to find out when a restraining order .has expired
    My ex girl got a one year temporary restraining order about a year ago. The ordered protected my ex girlfriend and my son. How would Find out if the restraining order is expired for sure. Will I be contact my mail because I can't find anything on the court website.

    Go to the court house and ask to review the case files, and see if the order is in place.

    One-year orders usually expire after one year.

    What exactly does the order say about an expiration date?
