Hi people can I ask you a question my partner has just been told by his ex that she wants the kids to live with us as from August I have 5 already and wouldn't mind his 3 living with us but what happens if she wants them bk in a few months? What do I do as she refuses to sign a solicitor letter for it and I don't want to put them in a school then later on take them out

Why do you need a letter from her? I don't know what you are asking. What does the custody Order say? If she wants to give custody to the father then the Order should be changed (if it says otherwise). That's the only way to avoid conflict. You cannot change a Court Order by written or verbal agreement.
