Hi,

My case is out of Los Angeles county in CA.

On my last court date, my probation was revoked because of a violation (I'm not supposed to drink and I was). I have about 2 1/2 years left on probation for a violent felony, and I bargained out of my sentence... I think if I violate they said up to 4 years in prison?

The thing is, the judge wanted me to do a rehab program which I absolutely can't afford. I'm supposed to show proof of enrollment and progress next week, which I don't have.

Could I get thrown in jail next week, or will the judge possibly give me an extension? Help!
