I'm somewhat in the same boat as you. I am 32, and had a tubal in 2001. The last time I went to the Dr in mid January 2012, I was told that my tube is enlarged, but there was no other follow-up since. I know I have one major fibroid, but as I feel my lower abdominal/pelvic area, I feel 3 hard small lumps about the size of a 50 cent piece, but with more depth. I'm pretty sure one of them is my fibroid, but I don't know what the other 2 are. I also feel "kicks" in my lower belly near the belly button region, but I don't know what to make of it. I just chalk it up as my "intestines twisting". I have had unexplained weight gain as well, and I am CONSTANTLY tired and sleeping. I can take 2-3 naps a day at an hour to an hour and a half each. I'm too afraid to go back to the doctor unless, I definitely know something is going on in there, just for the fear of looking stupid. My cycles have gotten off the past several months where they are extremely short (2-2.5 days long) and not heavy at all. It feels as if I'm not really even having a cycle. Also, it seems to be coming a day later than usual.
