I need to prepare a Research Proposal on a completely new topic. My interests are on Finance and Education, so is there any relevant topic on which I can make my Proposal? I need a new topic which may not be popular but should be completely new, that means nobody made any research on that topic - please help me out by providing some topic. Thank you

What about a proposal to totally eliminate paper in a school by going all electronic with Ipads and electronic equipment such as the ITV. This would be a green classroom not using paper and natural resources. No paper, no ink, no printers all on electronic equipment.
The lesson would be shown on the ITV screen in the classroom, the tests and lessons done on the Ipad's and sent to the teacher's IPad to view and correct. This would be financed with grants and contributions.
