Does anyone know this movie? OLD movie?
    Hi everyone,

When I was a kid (early 1990's) I remember watching this movie, and I loved it so much and I'd really like to find it again for my little girl. I don't remember if it was animated or not, I want to say not, but then again I'm going off a memory when I was maybe 4 or 5 years old. I remember there being a woman and a man and two kids that were helping them with something, and large wooden toy soldiers that looked like nutcrackers and they "came to life" (in a robot way not a human way) and defended what I think was "Toyland". I want to say it was some evil guy trying to destroy Christmas and they stopped him with the help of the soldiers. I'm not looking for Babes in Toyland, but that is the only thing I can find when I try searching on Google.
If anyone can help me I'd be so thankful! This movie was such a big part of my childhood and I really want my little girl to be able to watch it!
    Thanks!

Two films come to mind though neither one completely matches your description.

The first one I am thinking of is March of the Wooden Soldiers... though now I see it is also called "Babes In Toyland", which you say is not the film that you're looking for. Are you sure? Lol...

The other film I am thinking of stars Robin Williams and it's from 1992 called Toys.

I hope I was able to help you with one of these.

I was able to find it, it was March of the Wooden Soldiers! When I Googled Babes In Toyland I could only find the newer animated version. The storyline fit, but I remembered it being not animated so I didn't think it was that. Didn't know they had an older version of it! Thanks though :)
