I am 20 years old. I feel pain like some pressure or weight inside my belly in the upper left quard of belly after meal. When I examined to doctor he prescribed me anta acid syrup and daily dose of one capsule containg OMEPRAZOLE. But during medication I found that my pain did not finished only to some extent reduced and my hunger reduced very much. Now I feel weakness during day time.

Please guide me whether I should continue this medicine or alter it. If you find other respective medicine suitable for me please tell me.

Muzamil, did the doctor tell you how long you need to take the medication before you would find relief?
