Can I move out of the country with my child in the state of CA.
I have a 5year old and her dad as always been part of her life. We never been married and we been a part since she was 6 month however he as always pick her up every other weekend or as much he wants during the month. He lives like 30 min away but now I'll be getting married with my boyfriend and moving 2hrs away to a different country (same state). We don't have any legal custody but I'm not trying to brake them apart. I could drive half way to meet him or drop her off ones per month and vacation she could stay with him. I just want to know if I could moved and not get in any problems.

Different country, or different county? There's a big difference...

Without a written agreement, but of course he can file in court to try and stop the move. So you need to get with him and reach an agreement before you move.
