Does anyone know what the highway traffic act (sec.#) would be for under care and control of a vehicle
I had surgery on my right shoulder, and WSIB will not pay me for my travel expences
I have to prove that driving with one hand is not safe
I know it is under care and control

First question wold be where would this be? Country, state, province, etc...

Traffic laws in the US are by state so if in the US we will need to know the state.
Also I will assume this is in Canada since WSIB is the program that over sees employee safety. Have you appealed their decission ?
