I started my period this past Saturday. Usually with my period I cramp only the first day. Sunday I took 8 Advil and it didn't get rid of the pain. Then I noticed that my blood was orange with a terrible odor. I haven't been to my OB/GYN yet but will go in the morning. My pain has gone from cramps to major pain. Most of the pain is where I would guess my right ovary is. It is a sharp pain (like stabbing). Every now and then I will get a HORRIBLE pain in my lower abdominal area. I have a constant dull pain in my extreme lower back (nothing like cramps). Please help! I don't know if I should wait until tomorrow with this pain being so extreme.

P.S. I have bled a lot more this period than I ever have. Also, I had a miscarriage in early November 2011 and another in late January 2012.
