:mad: I was evicted 1 month after paying off my home and now they have put a lien on it! Before paying it off (mobile home) my plan was to sell it and move on. Been living there for 12 years. The home was foreclosed on and I was just about going to lose it (july) , but my mom helped and loaned me the $ to pay it off an I did. Then they decided to take this action which has caused hardship for my 3 kids and I (single dad) and now this lien.
They have been trying to get rid off us the last year or so. Yes I have been late on some of my payments but have always paid and they have allowed this before. All of a sudden their reason for the always was the late payment?? After paying off and finally owning my mobile home?? Not fair

You need to pay the monies demanded in the lien in order to get clear title to the MH. Most park ownership has the right to lien a property for past due park rent.
