My father is having SOB but has good pulses all the way down to pedal. His blood pressure is slightly raised. He is coughing up cloudy sputum and his SOB is relieved by elevating HOB. He is weak but refuses to go to the hospital.

Please define SOB and HOB as we are a Global site and these initials mean different things.
