    Divorce/ child & spousal support
I'm going through a divorce in the state of California. I would like to ask if I already filed an Income and expense declaration (FL150) for our divorce but when I asked for child & spousal support I now have to file another packet and. In this packet the packet is included another expense n declaration (FL150) do I have to file another one along with this new child support package or can I use the one that has already been filed?

Ask the clerk of court. If this new packet is required as a part of the earlier case, one would think that you could just use the earlier declaration, but they might want it to be updated for some reason.

Is this ongoing? How long has it been since you filed the first packet with the courts? If it has been 6 months to a year or more then they will want new ones to base the decisions on. They use programs to decide how much each party is responsible for. Its pretty cut and dry.
